We need help with a multitude of things, mainly planning and driving / implementing the plan. Supports key Stakeholder in all tasks, updating the project plan, aligning with the program PMO regarding planning and resourcing. Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings ensuring deadlines are met. Interface with the program PMO to ensure risk register is up to date (assist with overall risk profile) S4 Finance knowledge would be a highly preferred. Strong communication skills / must be proficient in all MS applications, especially Excel and MS Project Project experience is a must, being able to work on a fast-paced project is vital. Jira administrative experience or ability to learn how to use Jira quickly with project support. Team player, positive can-do attitude.
