Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes using Salesforce technology. Testing and Validation: Ensure that Salesforce configurations and customizations meet business requirements through testing and validation. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their utilization of Salesforce. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, processes, and workflows. Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and other stakeholders to implement solutions. Test Planning: Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements and specifications.
