Duration: 12 Months DAYONE ONSITE NO OPT NEED PP NUMBER or RECENT i94 Job Description About the Job: As a UX Writer, youll providing strategic content direction for internal teams. The ideal candidate will work alongside designers, product owners and strategists to solve complex UX challenges while creating delightful content experiences that empower users, build trust, and meet business objectives Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end UX Writing initiatives in the Web/app, including building a roadmap. Write clear & concise micro-copy for all user scenarios, including informational, error & instructional. Create end-to-end product copy. Track relevant data, extract insights and create plan of actions that are focussed on problem- solving. Create a range of content for interaction flows, emails, product tours, and style guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product. Regularly check the Web/App, report progress and roadblocks proactively. Copywriting experience in a B2C and/or B2B product. Skills & Qualification: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a UX writer who has worked extensively with product managers and UX designers. Possess great written and verbal communication skills. Experienced with writing or editing content for web and mobile experiences. Build strategic solutions for product and advocating for users.
