Summary: Creating intuitive user experiences across various applications and channels (i.e., web, mobile, IVR, etc.); collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and agile team members to develop, design, build and launch the product. Hirning Mgr. notes: Need someone that is skilled at the research part of the UX Design field. Responsibilities: Translate product, business and technology requirements and user needs into experiences (includes web, app, platforms, or physical experiences) that are useful, usable, and desirable. Key points: Shared service product teamUX Team design and research experience Candidate must have portfolio of their UX design experience or work samples to share when being presented for consideration Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 4 years of User Experience (UX) design experience is required; will consider 7+ years of UX design experience if no bachelor degree. 4 years of Agile team experience is required. Specific Designer experience is required. Design Thinking or User-Centric Design methodology experience is required. Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups or clickable prototypes is required.
