We have an urgent requirement for you and the details are as follows Role: HCM Consultant Location: LA preferred, then Dallas TX Duration: Long Term W2 Role We are seeking an HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Infor Global HR, specifically in Absence module (Payroll experience a plus). Nice to have Workday experience. This role is responsible for supporting full cycle implementations of Global HR including business needs analysis, requirements gathering, system design and configuration, conversions, end-user training and post live support. They will act as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Infor HCM Suite including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation and Succession Management. Payroll experience is a plus. Must Have Skills: 5+ years of experience working with Lawson Global HR and HCM modules Experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM Absence Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support.
