Qualificati expertise in iRise may berequired for certain project work. Demonstrated expertise in Rational toolsetmay be required for certain project work. Duties: The IT BAshould have an understanding of business priorities and the relative importanceof their projects. This analyst is able to identify multiple approaches toproblem solving and recommend the best case solution. A BA mustconduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows andsystems, document current processes and systems, create requirements for newprocesses, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes. Furthermore,an IT BA must possess strong technical acumen with the ability to translateinformation and research into non-technical language as necessary toeffectively communicate across teams. SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Interactwith Project Managers from multiple organizations to track project progress,identify risks, communicate risks and status, and assess potential impacts tothe business. Maintainproject documentation such as project lists, project status reports and budget Proactivelydevelop and maintain technical knowledge in specialized area(s), remainingup-to-date on current trends and best practices; leverages expertise to producesolutions that enable global consistency and standardization and facilitateexceptional performance Translaterequirements, produce feasibility reports and design solutions to improveproductivity and efficiency Maintain regular contact with clients. Coordinateand report on project progress, obstacles and accomplishments Managerequirement changes. Collaborate with Quality Control, Project Managers, and Technical Leadsto ensure Business acceptance. Developuse cases as a key communication tool between the business and technical teams. Documentcurrent and future state assessments.
