Required Skills: 7+ years in a project manager role demonstrating the following: Knowledge of project management tools, processes, techniques, and best practices, Ability to apply project management frameworks to meet project requirements, Effective behaviors and interpersonal skills to successfully implement multiple, related projects. Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills. Experience directly managing mid-size and/or multiple smaller, complex projects. Strong problem solving and creative skills, along with the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making. Experience leading cross-functional teams, building highly collaborative and effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and resolving issues. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information effectively. Demonstrated experience working effectively with senior leaders and ability to act as a partner and trusted advisor. 7+ years or more years of formal project management experience and a strong track record on large-scale implementations within complex environments. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead organizational change. Previous experience with formalized stage & gate processes. Experience working in non-profit, government, higher-education, or other complex management/governance environment. Demonstrated success influencing without authority. Following a year of meticulous research and planning, the initiative aims to reshape programming, technologies, member and revenue strategies, and digital content. which involves creating new shows, altering workflows, organizational changes, hiring, and website modifications. A dedicated project manager is sought to ensure successful implementation across various department units and to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external subject matter experts involved in website redesign, audience analysis, and digital marketing. The manager must possess strong collaboration, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills for this critical role.
