Experience in statistical analysis, interpreting results in determining data quality and fitness. Wide experience using data quality results to determine whether existing sources of data are enough for business needs. Experience with recommending alternate data sources and data modeling. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Data application and practices knowledge. Solid decision making, oral and written communication skills. Ability to influence, negotiate and set priorities needed. Strong data analysis skills, including data modelling and data mapping experience Minimum 3 years of Strong SQL experience is required- relational database; data wrangling from flat files; Athena and other similar sql querying tools Hands on experience with IBM Infosphere/ Erwin or other modelling tools preferred Awareness to visualization tools is preferred (DBeaver, Data Bricks) Consulting, collaboration, analytical aptitude, ability to communicate, critical thinking, attention to detail and math skills Experience in design, to ensure data integrity, data security, high availability, usability, and trustworthiness Continuous flexibility; able to work in multiple different technology stacks.
