Working knowledge of AudioCodes SBC and AudioCodes Devices Working knowledge of SIP protocol Microsoft Shared Mobile Devices Microsoft Intune Management of Mobile Device Responsible Installing, modifying, and upgrading a company's telecommunications systems. Working knowledge of voice routing policies, call queues, auto attendants, and other related features.
