Responsibilities:
Minimum one year experience with a Public Sector / Not-For-Profit entity.
Extensive experience working with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2
Solid understanding of underlying data structures and database tables supporting TAM, Absence, Benefits, and North American Payroll modules.
Ability to demonstrate strong skills in writing SQL statements and creating and managing queries in PeopleSoft Query Manager.
Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple PeopleSoft Human Capital Management implementations along with support experience for complex PeopleSoft programs, reports, pages, and components utilizing the entire PeopleSoft suite of products.   Experience must include (but not limited to) SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode, COBOL, PeopleTools, Fluid, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, Fluid User Interface, Workcenters and Homepages.
Maintains the data integrity within PeopleSoft Human Capital Management.
Assists business analysts and users in defining a project or problem, feasibility of the project and provides estimates for a project or problem solution.
Experience with PeopleSoft Integration tools and integrating PeopleSoft applications with third party applications using web services.
Experience with HCM Tax Updates, Oracle Critical Patch Updates, PeopleSoft Updates and PeopleTools Upgrades.
Prepares detailed analyses, plans, diagrams, and procedures within a technical design document for existing and proposed PeopleSoft applications.
Determines the effort involved in implementing new systems or enhancements to existing systems due to changes in user requirements, legislative mandates, new software releases, changes in equipment configurations, etc.
Suggests technical solutions to enhance business processing efficiency of existing and/or new processes.
Demonstrates developed functionality to agency staff prior to the implementation of new or revised technical systems and offers advice and guidance during the implementation process.
Performs on-call or scheduled after hours work as required.
Trains and mentors State staff.
Attends work regularly in accordance with agency leave and attendance policies.
Complies with all applicable agency policies and procedures, including safety and standards of conduct.
Communicates respectfully and works harmoniously with all co-workers, customers, and vendors.
Provides exceptional customer service.
Is flexible; able to work under pressure and able to adapt to change; and able to work on multiple problems and tasks simultaneously.
Takes initiative to prevent and solve problems.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years working experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management.  Experience must include (but not limited to) TAM, Absence Management, Benefits and North American Payroll.  Work involves analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to fix or enhance existing systems; systems integration; writing complex programs; and giving technical assistance to programming and functional personnel
