Resolution coordination in case of Major incident and post incident review Ensure tickets lifecycle is followed ensure they are resolved satisfactorily as quickly as possible. Ensure Incident, service requests are acknowledged, assigned, and resolved within the defined resolution time. Bug fixing, configurations and coding. Manage team and communications.
