(Need local) Us or card only This is a hybrid position that offers work from home 3x a week and onsite in the office 2x a week. Financial domain We are seeking someone who has significant Software Development Project experience. The environment is mostly waterfall, and the organization is working towards implementing agile. Position Details: Software Development Project Experience is necessary to and be comfortable working in a mostly waterfall environment. Banking, insurance, or financial service industry experience is essential for this role. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Knowledge at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a business or IT related field or equivalent training/experience required. Five years of progressively responsible experience in managing (agile/waterfall/hybrid) a broad range of projects with all phases of the project lifecycle preferably within the financial service industry across multiple and diverse teams. Experience identifying project requirements for planning and scheduling purposes, analyzing progress and trade-offs, and assessing, monitoring and mitigating project risk. Experience with Microsoft Office and portfolio and project development/management tools. Strong interpersonal skills are key to interact effectively with internal and external contacts to provide or exchange information and identify and resolve moderately complex issues. Ability to effectively debate for or against project changes, as appropriate. Demonstrated written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to present project updates/progress/recommendations. Credibly communicates complex topics to stakeholders. Anticipates customer or project needs and communicate potential solutions. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
