Translate business needs into technical solutions using Salesforce CPQ. Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CPQ to support pricing, quoting, and contracting processes. Analyze and optimize sales processes, proposing enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce CPQ. Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to implement new features and integrations. Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce CPQ best practices and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements. Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure the stability of Salesforce CPQ. CPQ Certification preferred.
