Position: 100% Remote Scrum Master Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Job Description: As a Scrum Master, you will lead the multiple scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum best practices. Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices 1.2. Assist in creating, refining, and prioritizing user stories and associated deliverables to meet development and business needs 1.3. Helping the product owner and development team to achieve program increment goals 1.4. Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization 1.5. Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments 1.6. Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework 1.7. Resolve conflicts and issues that occur 1.8. Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity 1.9. Support the product owner and provide education where needed Minimum Qualifications 1.1. 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple scrum teams, creating and refining stories per agile best practices 1.2. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related field 1.3. Solid technical aptitude 1.4. Experience managing combination of offshore and onshore teams. 1.5. Certified Scrum Master 1.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications 1.7. A go-getter and self-motivated with proven results to get things done 1.8. Prior experience as a software developer is preferred 1.9. Ability to build relationships with business and IT folks 1.10. Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict 1.11. Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum 1.12. Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not 1.13. Experience with applying successful Agile techniques 1.14. Ability to work with and lead a team. 1.15. Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills 1.16.
