Description The PMO Lead is a dedicated individual responsible for PMO tasks such as Schedule Management, Risk and Issue Management, Change Management and Status Reporting for the program. This person reports to the Client Program Delivery Lead and will be a key PMO member that ensures the program is on schedule, and help identify, document, and review any risks, issues and/or blockers, working with various teams within the program. Work closely with various teams within the program including teams from vendor contractors to develop an integrated project plan for the program that identifies critical path, milestones, resources etc. Meet with program teams on a regular cadence to follow up on the status of deliverables and tasks as planned in the Integrated Project Plan. Document program level risks and issues working with various teams and review with Program Leadership on a regular cadence to documents mitigation plans, next steps etc. Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Daily Stand Ups to identify, document and review any risks or impacts to milestone tasks and/or schedule. Prepare draft Program Level Status Reports on a regular cadence to be reviewed with Program Leadership Identify and summarize key tasks/meetings/activities/deliverables on a weekly basis and review with team leads on a weekly basis. Identify, document, and review new scope/requirements working with various teams to review with Program Leadership on a regular cadence and document decisions.
