This is Brahma, a recruiter representing VSoft Consulting., Currently I have an immediate opportunity for you with one of our clients Liferay Software Engineer Title: Liferay Software Engineer Location: Remote Position Type: W2/C2C Job Description Project Scope: Full term project building out a new provider portal for Medicare. There are additional CMS requirements because it is a part of Medicare. Portal has to be functioning by 10/1. Team Size & Breakdown: Currently 4-5 engineers that have some LR experience stood up 5 portals that are utilizing LR. 2 consultant / 3 FTE Merging legacy teams that will make up 30+ resources to groom them all and grow Dedicated QE resources that handle testing Development Methodology: Agile 2 week sprints morning sprints 9 CST (flex if were finding west coast) High-Level Individual Duties: Wrap up the Medicare requirements + work on building / deploying other LR apps. Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): Liferay Web Experience (not building any mobile portal apps) ECMAScript JQuery HTML / SASS / CSS JavaEE (this is the base of Liferay) - **NOTE they will NOT be working on the backend services & data, but every LR Developer should have** Baseline Testing (Unit / Integration / Automated testing) DevOps basics GitHub / Code Deploy Nice-to-Haves: AWS really nice to have Thank you.
