Currently a tight integration in Salesforce to Oracle, call starts in SF, then the ordering and inventory flows to Oracle

Not doing work on Salesforce--but work with it from an integration standpoint

Salesforce nearly a must-have

Oracle Cloud expertise

PURPOSE

This hands-on individual completes business optimization analysis and recommends solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce costs within the organization. This individual supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the companys system strategy to meet evolving business needs, while providing a strong service to cross-functional stakeholders. This individual is an effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record of successfully documenting and communicating business requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages and follows software development life cycle and leads formal computer system validation activities that comply with regulatory bodies requirements where applicable.

Gathers system requirements, configures system, and manages system break fixes.  Translates business requirements for developers to implement.  Monitors solution integrations to ensure functioning of integrated systems.  Monitors and prepares system for updates. 

Manages issue triaging, including troubleshooting, investigating, performing root cause analysis, and engaging stakeholders for issue resolution.

Develops and maintains processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in applications, including ticket management and license management.

Works with internal and external stakeholders to develop new requirements for the design and implementation of new service tools and improvements. Proactively communicates and collaborates with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the applications of new and existing products and solutions.

Identifies and drives business, project process, and workflow improvements where appropriate.

Develops presentations to share data collection, analysis, and recommendations. Provides leadership with information for decision making and planning. 

Effectively promotes Haemonetics services and solutions to increase customer satisfaction and utilization of such solutions to achieve established growth targets.

Coordinates technical training and support for customers and employees.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of Technical Services domain including Hardware Services, Software Services, Customer Services, and Service Sales is required.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Service Cloud, Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management. Knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) is preferred.

Knowledge of Oracle eBS in the above-mentioned areas is preferred.

Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Digital Experience (Communities). Knowledge of Sales Cloud is preferred.

Uses knowledge of business and systems processes in problem analysis.

Ability to design and manage complex integrations between multiple CRM and ERP systems, including, but not limited to Oracle and Salesforce.

Utilizes project management discipline to recommend and facilitate improvements and enhancements to new or existing processes.

Ability to influence stakeholders by using data and knowledge of systems and processes.

Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

Experience with reporting platforms like Tableau is preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and minimum of 6 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
