Ideally no candidates on the West coast. Duration: 6 Months Interview: Likely two phone screens with hiring manager and team. Rate: $ 65 an hour, C2C all inclusive. As always, this rate is slightly flexible depending upon the candidate. MUST have experience being a lead . Making architectural decisions as well as interviewing/building out the team. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: A photo ID will be required for each candidate to confirm their identity during the interview/hiring process. MUST have experience with the following : EXCELLENT communication skills VERY strong .NET skills Strong React skills If candidate doesn't have React, but is VERY strong in Angular and willing to learn React quickly, that is fine. Python Cloud - Azure preferred, but Google Cloud or AWS would also suffice Modern Development / DevOps CI/CD Microservices Product development mindset will standout. Please note that this person must be an all-star candidate. This manager is very picky and will be looking for a candidate that is both technically strong and personable.
