MQs A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst implementing an IT project for a federal, state or local entity. A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings. A minimum of one (1) year of experience performing business process reengineering efforts. A minimum of two (2) years of experience documenting business process flows. A minimum of two (2) years of experience creating and maintaining a project document library. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with user administration and document organization in a Microsoft Teams or SharePoint Project site. A minimum of one (1) year of experience leading Agile ceremonies using Agile tools, e.g., JIRA or equivalent technologies. DQs Possession of a *Masters degree. Possession of a *Business Analyst Certification through an accredited entity such as the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or the Project Management Institute (PMI).
