Title - Project Manager PeopleSoft Implementation Location - Remote Duration - Long Term Contract No H1B Job Description: - Project: PeopleSoft Implementation GL and WFA Job Summary : Managing full project lifecycle of PeopleSoft software implementations, This person may be responsible for managing projects within the WFA, Benefits, GL, Payroll, or Absence Management modules. Working with stakeholders from several departments which will include different levels of team members and roles. Developing detailed project plans Managing complete project scope and timelines Working with Peoplesoft Functional Analysts and software vendor Providing strategic client consultation Partnering with internal resources to manage project timelines and tasks Managing project budget Creating and conducting comprehensive custom product training Primary liaison for internal cross-functional teams Creating detailed product documentation Providing functional process and design support Responsible for Product QA Testing SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES Required: 7 years of Project Management experience and with the ability to manage projects from start to finish (all phases) Required: Relevant 5+ years experience in managing implementations of ERP or large financial applications. Experience in managing at least one end-to-end Peoplesoft implementation project Knowledge of Accounting principles. Experience developing processes, workflows and reports for project intake, resource planning and migration project management. Oracles Fluid Navigation is a plus Preferred experience in managing implementations of HR or/and Financials modules.
