As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of UKG Dimensions implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and customization to meet our unique needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Business partners, Product Managers, and system integrators, to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: Lead technical aspects of UKG Dimensions implementation projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines in alignment with business objectives and processes. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful and on-time delivery. 2. UKG Dimensions Configuration and Enhancement: Configure UKG Dimensions modules, including time & attendance and scheduling, based on business requirements to align with specific HR, payroll, and workforce management processes. Develop and implement integrations with other systems, such as HCM, or time clock devices, to facilitate seamless data exchange. Draft and review architectural diagrams, interface specifications, class structures and other design documents. 3. Technical Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify technical issues or roadblocks during implementation and propose effective solutions. Collaborate with the support team to address and resolve technical challenges encountered post-implementation. 4. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their technical needs, gather requirements, and provide regular project updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and satisfaction. 5. Team Management and Training: Lead and mentor team members in software development principles, patterns, processes, and practices. Conduct training sessions for internal teams to enhance their understanding of UKG Dimensions features and functionalities. 6. System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay updated with the latest UKG Dimensions features, updates, and releases. Collaborate with product teams to evaluate the feasibility and impact of new features and enhancements. Develop, test, and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer Science or in a STEM major. Proven experience of 5+ years as a Technical Lead in Workforce Management implementation projects. 5+ years of successful and applicable experience taking a lead role in building complex software and automation systems that has been successfully delivered to customers. Strong knowledge of UKG Dimensions modules, configurations, and best practices. Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration in the context of UKG Dimensions. Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables. Familiarity with software development methodologies, Agile principles, and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. UKG Dimensions certifications highly desirable. Experience in retail industry highly desirable.
