Experience of full project lifecycle implementation is must. Experience in pharma industry regulatory context (GxP) is a plus. Must have experience of performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Must have experience of mapping client business requirements, processes, develops necessary system enhancements to satisfy clients' needs Must have experience of documenting functional designs, writing test cases and document results. Must have worked act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Should have experience of providing training and user support as required.
