Duration: 6+ Months MOI 2 hrs onsite interview Core Java/Oracle/MQ/multithreading are mandatory Oracle SQL, Kubernetes, and Financial services experience are huge pluses . He wants to know which candidates are open to a right to hire when submitting, but R2H is not mandatory. We are looking for very experienced Backend Java developers. But the person needs to know databases and MQ. Cloud/Kubernetes is a huge plus. Some of the roles will be working on very technical things. Some of the roles are more functional changes for existing applications. But what we cannot afford is to handhold the person over a period of time. In the beginning, this is expected, but we cannot continue to take candidates who we have to handhold, so we are looking for pre-screened, responsible people. Collaborate with teams of software engineers on multiple and complex software development efforts, determine process improvements and suggest best practices. Analyze, develop, and code technology solutions following Agile methodology Analyze, reverse-engineer code and propose/code technology solutions Close partnership with QA and other agile members and helps with the test-case preparation and automation Skills & Experience:- 12+ years of hands-on software development experience in designing 12+ implementing large, complex, distributed systems. Extensive experience with Web Application Development (Containers) Big Plus : Knowledge and proficiency in Kubernetes/Docker (RedHat OpenShift or similar) Big Plus: User Interface (UI) development such as Angular Extensive knowledge in client/server and object-oriented software development utilizing Core Java, JSON, MQ, JMS Knowledge of relational databases including Oracle and Mid-Tier to Database development principles Deep understanding of large-scale enterprise systems and their architecture Knowledge of different Java surrounding technology and protocols and how they are used in enterprise applications (HTTP, TCP, XML, MultiCast, Distributed Caching, etc) Must be proficient in Maven compiled applications.
