Here is the job description: Job Description: Job Title: Salesforce Software Developer (OmniScript and Benefits Management Focus) Location: Remote (Must be based in the U.S.) Summary: We are seeking an adept Salesforce Software Developer who specializes in OmniScript and Benefits Management within Public Sector Solutions. The successful candidate will leverage extensive expertise in these areas alongside skills in Government Cloud, Experience Sites, and UI Design to deliver tailored solutions. This remote role involves close collaboration with our existing development team to implement and optimize Salesforce functionalities, particularly in OmniScript and Benefits Management. Prior experience in Salesforce implementations and public sector projects, such as those involving Tribal Governments or state/federal agencies, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a technical expert in OmniScript and Benefits Management, leading the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions within Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. Apply your specialized skills in OmniScript to create, modify, and enhance custom scripts that address specific client needs in the public sector. Utilize your experience in Benefits Management packages to design and implement solutions for handling grants, benefits, and other public-sector-specific functionalities. Work independently to meet project milestones, adhering to clearly defined priorities and goals provided by the team leads. Remotely collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders to execute Salesforce solutions, with an emphasis on OmniScript and Benefits Management capabilities. Contribute to API design and implementation using the MuleSoft platform, integrating these APIs seamlessly with Salesforce functionalities. Maintain and optimize Experience Sites, ensuring a robust and user-friendly interface. Continuously update and refine your skills through ongoing Salesforce training programs Participate in code reviews and offer valuable insights during team meetings and project planning sessions. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, including Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce. Strong experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, particularly Government Cloud, OmniScript, and Experience Sites. Experience with MuleSoft API development is a strong plus. Excellent UI/UX design skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must be based in the United States. Preferred Experience: Prior experience with Salesforce implementations.
