Subject matter expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager with SCCM and/or Intune Large scale enterprise Exchange Online and Hybrid deployments Built out from base 2+ images for PXE, in place (onsite and remote) and net new deployments. Experience in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing Modern Work solutions. Ability to explain complex topics in ways that can be understood by technical and business decision makers. 3-5+ years of experience in UAT 3-5+ years of experience gathering customer impressions of products and services and integrates this feedback into decision making 3-5+ years creating deliverables to address common customer needs and share intellectual property with others Bachelors degree in IT related field or relative experience/certifications regarding Windows and Endpoint Engineering 5+ years of experience in application management and trouble shooting in SCCM and/or Intune 5+ years of application and package deployment and deployment failure remediation skills 5+ years of experience/knowledge on Power scripting 5+ years in endpoint trouble shooting on the client side at the tier 3+ level 3+ years as a Windows or Endpoint Engineer Skills : lead the technical SCCM, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Scripting components of 2+ implementations of Windows including Win10 and preferably Win11 Required experience building and testing group policy environments including building out the GP environment for Windows upgrade and implementation.
