This certification must be current and valid. Possession of a *Masters degree. MSA Quals 1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. a. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design. 2. Possession of a *Bachelor's degree. Four years of experience, in addition to the years required above, may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. MQs 3. A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Business Solutions Analyst implementing an IT project for a federal, state or local entity. 4. A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings. 5. A minimum of one (1) year of experience performing business process reengineering efforts. 6. A minimum of two (2) years of experience documenting business process flows. 7. A minimum of two (2) years of experience creating and maintaining a project document library. 8. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with user administration and document organization in a Microsoft Teams or SharePoint Project site. 9.
