Validate business functionalities on the assigned tasks for front-end application within Renaissance Risk UI projects. Follow technical direction from the team leadership to run QA function on UI covering all aspects of the application. Apply expert knowledge of JavaScript, NodeJS, Angular 2.0 or ReactJS and middle-ware technologies in independently understanding and testing User interfaces Proactively identify defects/issues and come up with potential solutions. Provide QA support (including developing automated tests) to developed software in test, QA and higher test environment. II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5+ years of experience in QA or similar fields driving & implementing testing of web based Front End Solutions that uses java scripts or similar languages/framework Experience & some development knowledge of popular Javascript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular 2.0; experience running quality assurance with React based UI will be preferred Experience of working with websockets, HTTP 1.1 and HTTP/2 Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON RPC including integrating them in a structured way. Operating in an agile development environment, capable of designing/drafting test plans for validating UI features covering both front end and various integration pieces providing the data to the front end screens. Experience following Git workflows Experience in developing integration and regression tests using Selenium or similar tools. Working knowledge of DevOps tools.
