Previous T-Mobile experience is mandatory. 2. Certification is must. - Overall 10+ years exp and with some experience in AEM Custom Data Platform (CDP) or similar CDP to drive customer experience on web , mobile and other channels. - Ability to understand the overall technical enterprise architecture of marketing, sales, customer insights and customer experience and defining reference architecture, which is a pattern that other can follow to create and improve data systems - Must have overall knowledge of capturing customer data from different data sources to aggregate and generate customer insights with analytics products or otherwise - Should be able understand new technology products/channels and recommend how they fit into existing architecture for customer insight and customer experience - Should be able to coordinate with a variety of technology and business teams to drive customer insight and customer experience - Any experience in marketing/customer experience products, web analytics like Adobe analytics or GA is a plus - Any experience of data cleansing, structuring and modelling to build data models is a plus - Any experience of Data lake based ETL solutions is a plus - Any API based integration experience in JAVA or any other language is a plus - JavaScript/Jquery knowledge is a plus Keywords: Georgia Kansas Washington http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=721951&uid= |
