Hope you doing great today Let me know your interest for the below Direct Client Requirement Title: Business Analyst (BA) and Testing Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Client is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) and Testing Specialist to support business process analysis and do various levels of testing towards implementation of a new case management solution Client is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to support business process analysis and do various levels of testing towards implementation of a new case management solution. A Specialist level BA is needed to assist with the implementation of Phase 2 of a new Case Management Solution. This development effort is being performed in multiple phases. Phase 1 has been completed. This position is required to work in a rapid-paced development team environment that uses JavaScript, VBScript, Visual Basic, .NET, and SQL Server. Primary tasks include: Understanding and development of business processes and data flows Document detailed business requirements related to the business processes Conduct detailed analysis between the business requirements Understanding gap analysis, requirement traceability matrix, and assist with development of project artifacts including business requirements/user stories to create all-inclusive test case scenarios, create test cases to meet functional, integration, system, regression and performance test phases. Additional tasks are documenting and tracking the requirements traceability, participating in user acceptance testing, project level and technical documentation. The ideal candidate must possess hands on experience with following: Extensive knowledge of applicable business case management systems, business system analysis techniques, problem solving and testing methodologies Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and developing of business rules and process flows Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design Experience in developing test scenarios and test cases and execution of user acceptance testing Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project Agile Testing with Scrum methodology MS SQL Server and SQL Experience with following technology and tools is desirable. iServer365 JIRA White box testing Telerik Test Studio performance and automation testing tool HP LoadRunner & Quality Center ALM testing tool Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Extensive knowledge of applicable business information systems, business system analysis techniques and testing methodologies Required 7 Years Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and developing of business rules and process flows Required 7 Years Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design Required 7 Years Experience with industry standard Business Analysis methodologies and problem solving Required 5 Years Experience in developing test scenarios and test cases and execution of user acceptance testing Required 5 Years Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project Required 5 Years Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to facilitate small-to-large meetings Required 5 Years Demonstrable analytical skills and an attention to detail Required 5 Years Excellent creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
