Technical Skills : 8+ Years of Developer experience in Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM). Good working experience in IMS DB/DC. Hands-on experience into CICD implementations for Mainframes. Working experience in GIT, Jenkins and Endevor tool. Process Skills: Need to be involved in Agile with experience working in Agile Scrum methodology. Should get accommodated to the client process. Behavioral Skills : Ability to engage with the customer, understand problem statement. Collaboration across different cultures and different technical domains. Strong problem-solving skills. Qualification: A Graduate/Post-Graduate with 8+ years of experience.
