Hands-on experience with data platform development and production support engagements. In-depth knowledge and strong experience in Informatica. Good understanding of ETL and ELT best practices and experience with ETL and ETL Mapping documentation. Experience in Data Modelling and Data Warehousing tools and technologies. Strong scripting skills in Perl and Bash, Unix commands, and Scripting. Leadership Skills, Mentoring, Onsite/Offshore. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies. Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments. Responsibilities : Provide leadership in the ETL and the Data Integration space, from the requirements phase through delivery. Perform planning, estimation, scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of technical activities related to ETL-based applications. Establish best practices on ETL, ELT, database designs / SQL across the organization. Proven strength in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into the application and operational requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills with proven strength in applying root-cause analysis. Ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels Dedicated to excellence in ones work; strong organizational skills; detail-oriented and thorough.
