Data virtualization, data prediction, data management, etc.) Code automation experience Looking for someone who has done performance tuning on AWS services - troubleshooting the services Nothing to do with devops / CICD / terraform Handle the reliability of AWS services / cost Work on AWS servicing provisioning (RDS, EMR, S3, etc.) Need to be a cloud expert - also deal with performance issues, scaling issues, capacity planning, cost saving, etc. Work on the AWS architecture / troubleshoot issues within the infrastructure Past experience working with databases Job Description Providing infrastructure and platform support for the entire Chief Data Officers organization both on prem and on AWS. The SRE team works closely with the application and development teams, and they request infrastructure needs for the SRE team to assist with. The SRE team also assists with capacity planning, POC testing of new software / hardware, on prem or on the cloud, and other items requested. This team also helps to manage a couple of data platforms on the cloud, including data virtualization platform, data prediction, data management, and data lineage. They are responsible for providing infrastructure / SRE support for the analytics community while they are migrating to AWS. Provide hardware and software support to the application team performance issues, addition of new software, etc. Owning implementation of a lot of what other groups are driving from a cloud migration perspective. Support customers for cloud migration and assist them with their releases / provide consulting to them once on the cloud.
