Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) Ability to articulate documentation of end to end manufacturing design Facilitate end to end manufacturing integration testing Understanding of the following core A&D manufacturing functional areas Material Master (Manufacturing focus) Material Data Governance (MDG) Material Master under the Production Planning Module Understanding of material master structure & key fields, and experience setting up master data to support various business scenarios. Mapping of material masters from legacy systems to SAP Conversion of material masters from legacy to SAP with troubleshooting A&D Demand to Plan (DTP) S Demand/Supplys requirements in A&D Material Resource Planning (MRP) Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Pegging (Project Stock, PMMO/GPD) Experience in the following: MTO Planning Strategies, Use-up, Interplant, ROP, Lead Time Scheduling, Co-products, Subcontracting, Capacity Planning, Variable size planning, planned scrap, MRP Areas, Advance Procurement, Quota Arrangements Good knowledge of BoMs and Routings in an A&D environment Good knowledge of WBS based planning and use of Networks with MRP Production Control & Scheduling (PCS) PLM to S/4 integration (MBoM, Routing, Component Allocation, Engineering Change Notice) S/4 to MES/MOM integration Shop Floor Execution (Make to Order (MTO) Production Order) Inventory Warehouse Management (IWM) EWM/IWMs SAP Best Practice Nice to have (not required): Quality Management (QM) Qualitys SAP Best Practice Integration with MES systems Shipping Transportation Management (STM) STMs SAP Best Practice Integration with Warehouse Management (EWM), GTS and Dangerous Goods Integration with external Warehouse systems (3PL) Global Trade Services (GTS) GTSs SAP Best Practice Integration with Warehouse Management (EWM), TM and Dangerous Goods Integration with External Warehouse systems (3PL) Regards, Pratap Kumar Jha Technical recruiter Quantum World Technologies Inc.
