Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Responsible for system development on SAP Success Factors Compensation Module and SAP Commission. Responsible for system setup and configuration. Responsible for L3 and in some cases L4 tickets resolution with the business and SAP Conducts gap analysis, reviews, and recommends process optimization opportunities. Gather, build and test requirements for SAF SF Compensation Module setup as per the scope assigned to the role. Design and implement Role Based Permissions according to the product architectural design to ensure compliance in permission levels across the organization. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all system design and configuration activities. Design and deploy training materials required for all system configuration and provide ongoing support and training of admin users to ensure effective utilization of SAP SF Compensation Module.
