OS and Application Management: Microsoft Configuration Manager, Workspace One, Avalanche, JAMF, Druva, BIT9, OS Management, Application Management (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android). Automation and Scripting: RPA UIPath, Power, Python. Project Management: Knowledge in Project Management methodologies and tools. Expertise Level: Expert in Scripting and Project Leadership. Soft Skills: Ability to handle ambiguity, economic decision-making, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, team collaboration, feedback orientation, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities. Crafting production-ready code, adhering to best practices and guidelines. Proficiently diagnosing issues through systematic debugging and monitoring. Ensuring security compliance and fostering a security-first culture. Managing project breakdown, prioritization, and self-organization within the team. Building a positive team culture emphasizing feedback, collaboration, and leadership. Guiding the team in alignment with organizational strategies and product roadmaps.
