Experience:

8-10 years as a software engineer or developer.

2-3 years in leadership positions, demonstrating ability to facilitate, guide, and mentor teams.

10-15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering with demonstrated proficiency in project management, system design, coding standards, testing, quality assurance, and other related areas.

Educational Background: Bachelors or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Technical Skills: Mid-level or higher understanding of the following technologies:

Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Office, SharePoint, Lucid Charts.

Data Management and Analysis: PowerBI, Box, Smartsheets.

Cloud and Security: Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, Identity Now, Okta, Secret Server, Intune.

OS and Application Management: Microsoft Configuration Manager, Workspace One, Avalanche, JAMF, Druva, BIT9, OS Management, Application Management (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android).

Automation and Scripting: RPA UIPath, Power, Python.

Project Management: Knowledge in Project Management methodologies and tools.

Expertise Level: Expert in Scripting and Project Leadership.

Soft Skills: Ability to handle ambiguity, economic decision-making, strong business acumen, strategic thinking, team collaboration, feedback orientation, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities.

Crafting production-ready code, adhering to best practices and guidelines.

Proficiently diagnosing issues through systematic debugging and monitoring.

Ensuring security compliance and fostering a security-first culture.

Managing project breakdown, prioritization, and self-organization within the team.

Building a positive team culture emphasizing feedback, collaboration, and leadership.

Guiding the team in alignment with organizational strategies and product roadmaps.

Mentoring teammates and ensuring inclusive and balanced discussions
