Job Role Snowflake and Informatica Developer Location Dallas /TX Roles and Responsibilities: Must have played a technical lead in the Snowflake environment. Experience in writing scripts in Python especially in Data Engineering. Experienced in implementing Snowpark components. Must have prior experience with end-to-end implementation of Snowflake cloud data migration from on-premise preferably from any RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata etc. Expertise and hands-on experience in Snowflake - data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, Stored Procedure, Snowpark. Should have hands-on experience in AWS Glue/DataStage/Matillion/Informatica and AWS data storage and management technologies such as S3. Should have Snowflake advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone, time travel, Streams and Tasks. Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, Copy Command from S3, Snow SQL, Snow Pipe. Must be proficient in complex SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, performance tuning and troubleshooting. Experience with data security and data access controls and design, RBAC Policies, Dynamic Masking, Secured Views etc. Nice to have hands-on experience in Airflow, Data Unloading from Snowflake and Snowflake utilities. Provide resolution to an extensive range of complicated data pipeline related problems, proactively helping the team and take the ownership for closer. Must be Snow Pro Core Certified Professional. Must have experience of Agile development methodologies. Should have particularly good written and verbal communication skills. Should have played Customer facing role.
