Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to assess the impact of changes and identify potential challenges. Create and deliver effective communication and training materials to prepare and engage employees for upcoming changes. Lead workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to facilitate understanding and acceptance of SAP-related changes. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project success. Foster a culture of change readiness and continuous improvement within the organization. Provide guidance and support to project teams and key stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP solutions and change management methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, organizational development, or related disciplines. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a specific focus on SAP product implementations within the Supply Chain function. In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes and SAP solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders across various levels of the organization. Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong analytical capabilities for identifying and addressing resistance to change.
