Job Description: Needing a Performance Test Architect for Performance Engineering, who will own all the service offering involving Performance Testing and Performance Monitoring using APM tools Person with 13-15 years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years experience in Performance Testing & engineering and 2-3 years exposure to Azure cloud Experience in test consulting and strategy using Open Source (JMeter) tools for performance testing and engineering. Has experience in supporting proposals & estimations. Worked on any cots application preferably for ServiceNow application performance testing Good experience in providing solutions for performance testing and engineering by understanding the requirements. Excellent decision maker with strong performance architect level knowledge on both technology and infrastructure Should be good in communication with excellent people management skills. Need to have implementation experience of various innovative ideas Very strong in design of test framework, load simulation model, load stats calculations Strong expertise in Performance Test frameworks and implementation processes Proficient in different types of performance testing (Stress, Volume, Load, etc.) to align the business requirements in Performance test models Strong knowledge on profilers, APM monitoring & log analytics tools like dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Jprofiler, Splunk, Cloud native analytics tools etc., Drive innovations and think through aspects of automation in solutions Devise performance testing tool solutions & IP with graphing tools, time-series databases, ELK stack Should have expertise in effort estimation for performance engineering activities Good understanding and hands-on experience of doing Performance testing in an Agile environment using Continuous Integration Tools Jenkins/Maven Should have been a subject matter expert with Customer facing roles. Exposure for creating collaterals for marketing and sales support Good understanding of Automation with open-source test automation tools / frameworks (Selenium, API automation tools) on Cloud Applications. Application clustering / load balancing concepts and technologies on Cloud Platform. Basic knowledge on Storage and DB Server configuration on AWS/Azure/GCP. Proficiency with two or more of the programming languages: JAVA, Perl, Python.
