Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate business processes, upgrade or modify existing systems, and review system-wide capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Complete Description: The GA TECH ServiceNow Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate business processes, upgrade existing systems, and review system-wide capabilities. They will provide technical expertise and strategic guidance in supporting Team Charlie (Asset and CMDB)-related strategy and technical leadership, focusing on ITSM, compliance, and asset management. The architect will be responsible for creating design documents, validating test plans, leading demonstrations, and providing technical training and presentations to the project team and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Possess a deep understanding of technical aspects of software development. Collaborate effectively with customers, business analysts, project team architects, developers, and QA teams. Support Team Charlie (Asset and CMDB) with a focus on ITSM, compliance, and asset management solutions leveraging CMDB. Create design documents and validate test plans in coordination with GeorgiaTech SMEs. Lead demonstrations and strategic efforts related to ServiceNow solutions. Design and oversee the validity of architectural solutions within one or multiple domains. Develop cross-domain integration designs based on existing leading practices and establish new architectural conventions. Evaluate business requirements from a technical standpoint and gather technical information from customers and service providers. Provide technical training and presentations to the project team and product stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software delivery. Expertise in at least two of the following areas: SecOps, ITOM, ITBM, SAM, HAM. 5 years of experience supporting or implementing ServiceNow products. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and public speaking). Experience in delivering consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow. Ability to conduct workshops to articulate the value of the solution. Proficiency in developing custom software solutions through scripting and software development. Experience in preparing technical documentation as specified in customer agreements. Ability to provide guidance in setting up and configuring customized probes, sensors, patterns, and custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs. Strong understanding of application mapping and the mapping process. Capability to set up and configure impact analysis for what-if scenarios. Articulate technology and business direction using ServiceNow. Skills Required: Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow (5 years required). Conduct workshops to articulate the value of the solution (5 years required). Develop custom software solutions through scripting and software development (5 years required).
