http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=730831&uid= From: akanksha done, agile enterprise solutions INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: ServiceNow Architect Work Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Primary Skills ITOM/HRSD modules Job Description Responsibilities: Solution Architect responsibilities include assessing business challenges, needs and translating these into outcomes, designed and constructed on the ServiceNow platform Work with the organizations leaders to identify problems and then work with team to address those problems with innovative solutions Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally and externally Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex business objectives. Engage with the customers Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customers core applications. Establish and manage technical governance Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow best practices Facilitating workshops or meetings to gather requirements, presenting, and validating solutions and test the interpretation of the clients needs Demonstrating solid insights in designing ServiceNow solutions Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform in CSM and FSM Understanding and having experience in driving process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation tools Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues Serves as an active contributor of leading practices, standards, and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform. Contribute to the development of opportunities and provide input to grow our business Qualifications: Preferred Minimum 15+ of total IT experience in which 8+ years with ServiceNow Consultancy experience will be advantageous Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITSM), ITOM and HRSD is required ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications Minimum 1 or 2 mainline certifications either on HRSD, CSM, FSM, LSD etc., Prior experience of working with international teams Strong interpersonal skills with a collaboration mindset both within and outside the immediate team Passionate about working in a fast-paced global environment This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship Thanks & Regards, Akanksha Done Ph: 9015043481 Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc. 7460 Warren Pkwy,Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75034.
