[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Workday SCM Analyst Duration: 3+ Months Location: REMOTE (CST/EST Only) Mode of Interview: Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD & H4-EAD Only Client: NorthShore We are searching for a Workday SCM Analyst to support our large Health System partner's Workday implementation. Back bone support, understanding of data and architecture. Consultant needs to know how EIBs work, know how change control, and how Workday as a whole works. Skills/Responsibilities : The Analyst will provide data support, especially in the area of data query, extraction, and merging from multiple sources such as electronic medical record data, decision support data, and supply chain data. This position will be involved in collecting functional requirements, mapping, extracting, and integrating internal/external data sources and troubleshooting data quality and integrity issues. This role will develop and rely on the knowledge of clinical and financial data flow, understanding of data architecture, and be able to translate ad-hoc customer requests to retrieve data, analyze results, and provide timely reports. He/She must have good verbal and visual communication skills as he/she interacts with stakeholders and presents results. The person in this role is able to explain complex information to others at an understandable level. They have knowledge of industry standards, benchmarks, and methodology. Their experience and technical knowledge continue to grow at both the analytic and healthcare level. This position must be able to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with an interdisciplinary team of stakeholders. This position is responsible for ensuring data integrity, security, and reliability and promotes the correct interpretation of clinical and financial data. Helps data consumers navigate tools to efficiently access data and fosters a shift towards self-service analytics. Supports training and end user adoption of available visualization tools. Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related/matrixed job disciplines. Receives guidance and direction as needed.
