Job Title: Active Directory Platform Engineer Location: Juno beach, FL Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design / Architecture a. Meet with stakeholders to understand problem or opportunity, gather and document requirements b. Develop high-level design documentation to be reviewed and approved by NEE Sr. Architect(s) c. Develop low-level detailed designs and build/configuration documentation d. Development of strategies to strengthen and modernize our Corporate Active Directory Environments to be reviewed and approved by NEE Sr. Architect(s) 2. Build / Implement Solutions a. Build solutions for authentication and system infrastructure b. Validate operational readiness c. Complete all required documentation and turnover support to operations team through knowledge transfer d. Support the implementation of Azure authentication services projects e. Deliver on strategic projects aimed at modernizing and strengthening our VMWare virtual server environment f. Utilize Scrum and Jira to track and report progress on projects 3. Operational Excellence a. Provide engineering support to our IT operations team and handle escalations from the team to resolve critical issues in the Active Directory and Azure AD environments. b. Implement Azure Single Sign On and Conditional Access policies to support our application development teams Skills / Experience Needed: 1. Ability to create monitors and dashboards for our AD environment to show overall system health and availability. 2. Demonstrate high level knowledge on Microsoft AD, DNS, Azure AD, ADFS, PKI and SCOM solutions. 3. Demonstrate high level knowledge in VMWare solutions, including vSphere, vSAN, vCenter, and vRealize Suite. 4. Must have working knowledge in using Power and Powercli. 5. Must have working knowledge in using AD Specific command line tools like Repadmin and DCDiag.
