Job Title : Supply chain Project Management Location : Philadelphia, PA Work Arrangement : Hybrid VISA : / Senior Supply Chain Project Manager Responsibilities: Complete the regulatory inspection observations and remediations for the client warehouse within 3 months. Develop a Plan for Every Part (PfEP) within 6 months. Complete a 3rd party warehouse assessment and strategy. Complete an off-site warehouse evaluation refresh (capital 2024), including assessment of GTIC needs. Complete a GTIC warehouse review (considering first asset selection) Develop an integrated warehouse strategy to support ongoing operations at client sites. Will receive support from the GMP Warehouse Management Lead/Supply Chain Planning Leader, QA, and other stakeholders. Will have access to a variety of resources, including training programs (Ensure to update SOPS, Veeva for Quality Documents) Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change. Develops project plans for all aspects of assigned projects and manages all project activities. Establishes and leads cross functional project teams and status meetings. Obtains consensus and buy-in from key internal and external stakeholders for project timeline Monitors and manages project scope, budget, forecast, resources, and deliverables within timeline. Maintains up-to-the-minute project action plans and serves as a resource to stakeholders. Provides timely, comprehensive project status reports, including budgets and timelines. Ensures all stakeholders receive the required level of detail commensurate with their role. Proactively identifies significant project risks, develops mitigation strategies, escalates to management, and implements approved mitigation steps. Develops and maintains subject matter expertise to effectively plan and fully execute assigned projects. Coordinates meetings, project teams, and work groups Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting target Senior Supply Chain Project Manager Qualifications: Strong warehouse background is required, other logistics experience is a plus. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
