In addition to Forward and Reverse Logistics transactions for all brands, including Customer, Net10, Safelink & StraightTalk, this includes all tasks, processes, validations, reviews and error handling from receipt of EDI Purchase Order receipts, inventory transfer shipments and receipts, WIP completions, returns receipts to and from all of Customers OEMs, Third Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) and Refurbishment Facilities. Develops processes to streamline and improve operations. Directs and trains trading partners on the proper operations and transactions to properly report on and track Customer inventory. Monitor all supply chain transactional activity, from manufacturers, to 3PLs and Refurbishment facilities into and out of Customers ERP system to ensure transactions process timely and correctly. Develop processes to optimize operations and associated transactions with MFs, FFs, RFs, retailers and other trading partners to ensure all Supply Chain transactions process correctly and with minimal exceptions. Diagnose and remediate issues, and provide recommendation to Trading Partners. Subject matter expert that is expected to find root cause analysis and resolution for inventory/retail issues. Order Management for all brands. This includes the entire Order cycle. Coordinate issue remediation with all affected parties, including internal operations and external trading partners.
