The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal. Needs to have experience estimating work and communicating the detail in support of that estimate. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory Skills Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, Java expert, Spring Framework, J2EE, Struts, SOAP, XML, RESTful API development, performance testing and tuning for high volume APIs, Agile development methodology.
