Passport number is mandatory for submission for all the visa holders except US Citizens Title: Test Architect - SDET Automation Architect Location: McLean, Virginia Implementation Partner Name: Hexaware Note -: Candidates local to Virginia or from very nearby states is the client expectation Key Responsibilities: Architect and Design Test Frameworks: Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress that align with industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and standards. Test Automation Development: Create and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Cypress. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing. Test Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases to ensure thorough test coverage. Identify and prioritize test scenarios for regression and new feature testing. Test Environment Management: Set up and manage test environments and test data to support automated testing. Ensure test environments are consistent and reliable. Collaboration and Mentoring: Work closely with development teams to foster a culture of quality and test-driven development. Mentor and guide junior members of the SDET team. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an SDET or Test Automation Architect with a focus on Cypress. Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Cypress for web automation. Experience with test management and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI). Strong experience of API testing and automation testing using tools like Selenium, Cucumber Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
