Position: 100% Remote Senior Network Engineer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Job Description: About Job As a Senior Network Engineer, you will support the client's CIO and Director of Infrastructure in establishing a fit-for-purpose data networking environment that provides secure connectivity between company locations, customers, remote employees and third-party business partners. What you will do: As a Senior Network Engineer supporting the carve-out of a business unit of a larger company, you will be challenged to operate at many levels: as a strategic thinker to develop an effective network design, a doer who will support implementation plans and activities, and a relationship builder who will need to plan and manage the transition from the network environment of the former parent company. we thrive on solving problems and delivering outcomes that matter for our clients. You will thrive in a nimble, flexible, and high-growth environment. You must be a proven technical leader with deep experience in the areas of network architecture and design, multi-tenant and remote workforce requirements and solutions, network security, and network operations. Not afraid to get their hands dirty in a dynamic environment. Must be experienced, senior, and still have the ability to both lead and execute themselves. Partner with client stakeholders to understand their problems and recommend solutions that add value to their business. Communicate with poise, impact, empathy, and logic. Nurture high-trust relationships with clients and team members. Hands-on technical expert, responsible for overall network design, implementation and operations success Hold vendors and the former parent company accountable to timelines and quality deliverables. Requirements: Ten years or more of previous leadership across enterprise networking functions: architecture and design, development and integration, implementation, and maintenance and support Previous experience in establishing the network for a carve-out/spin-off Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
