Position: UX Designer with digital products Experience (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 + Months VISA- USC & GC Job Description: We are seeking a creative, experienced intermediate or mid-level Product Designer looking to make a meaningful impact on the health insurance industry. The right candidate will have a strong emphasis on UX design and proficiency in visual design and the ability to switch between tactical and strategic efforts. The ideal candidate should have a history of delivering great experiences for users in complex environments and a deep understanding of the business outcomes we're driving towards. As a Product Designer, you will be an active partner with our business stakeholders, helping prioritize work based on the value it will deliver, and creating intuitive and visually compelling experiences for our customers, including members, agents, employers, and providers. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and create user-centered design solutions. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. Participate in and facilitate user research initiatives, working closely with our UX Researchers to ensure user needs and pain points are identified, documented, and translated into design solutions. Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility guidelines, leveraging your understanding of human psychology and design principles. Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations to optimize user experiences. Maintain design consistency and ensure seamless interaction between all touchpoints within the customer journey. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate best practices into the design process. Share best practices and foster a culture of design excellence through participation in design critique and pair design. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products. Proficiency in visual design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Experience participating in and facilitating user research initiatives using Userzoom or similar tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions. Familiarity with design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design principles. Ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently. Proficiency with Figma including auto layout is a plus. Experience with enterprise, B2B, SAAS is a plus.
