Please have a look and let me know if you have any suitable candidates Role: Sr Technical Manager - Treasury Location: Dallas, TX Work Mode: Onsite Note : H1 TN wont work, min 4years US Exp Must: we need profiles who were in development before and now moved to technical manager roles, look at developments exp in Java, React, salesforce etc. A candidate will handle all activities related to project management from start to finish. The main responsibility is to deliver the project within the timeline and budget assigned. The right candidate would have an excellent communication skill (both written and oral) as well as ability to organize action items into a concrete plan and follow it with the timely execution. Develop accurate project planning and resources for the assigned projects. Experience with Agile is a must. Experience with Treasury is a must. Demonstrated past experience in defining and measuring team success via data-driven metrics & reporting. Understanding of common technology background such as Frontend, Backend, Responsive Web Design and Micro Services Communication skills and experience working with technical and business management teams. Follow up with the team on execution of the projects and division of tasks. Communicate any blocker and dependency that may delay the projects. Ensure that the project is within a satisfactory financial target/budget. Adjust the program plan through change of control if any new requirement arises. Ensure that all task tracking system and documentation are up to date. Communicate with offshore for any project requirement and task that needs to be handled there. Experience of building and launching a new product or service from the ground up and/or experience with external facing production systems preferred.
