This position offers a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities: Lead the functional design, configuration, and support of Kronos Timekeeping Troubleshoot functional or business process issues related to TeleStaff applications and Kronos Timekeeping systems Collect and define business and technical requirements from Payroll, Labor, Human Capital, IT, and Operations Translate requirements into technical specifications in Kronos applications Create process flows, design documents, and diagrams to provide direction to developers and/or the project team Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Kronos Timekeeping and TeleStaff applications Configure the different modules of the Timekeeping application, including Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, paycodes, and workrules, to ensure compliance with labor laws and business policies Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with other functional analysts and developers to determine the best technical approach, learn new functionality and features of in-house tools, and educate the user community Draft communications and training documents to communicate changes with end users Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Kronos Time and Attendance systems Strong knowledge and configuration expertise in Kronos Workforce Central, with a focus on Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Access Profiles, and Device Management Strong knowledge of Kronos TeleStaff Ability to work independently with limited supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage stakeholders and lead requirement sessions Regards, Kapil Singhal Sr. Technical Resource Specialist InTime Infotech Inc time matters 43575 MIssion Blvd Unit 622 Fremont CA 94539 Keywords: information technology California http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=735884&uid= |
